Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Group Manager, HR Transformation and Systems, as the HRIS Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing the HRIS implementation project within scope, schedule and budget. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinating project activities and resources across multiple teams, including HR, IT, Operations, and external vendors.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Identifying and managing project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Tracking project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Managing vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Conducting post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes and identify lessons learned for future improvements

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in HRIS/HCM implementation or technology deployment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage resources, and adapt to changing priorities
