Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking to appoint a highly skilled systems specialist who has detailed experience of Itrent alongside payroll processing experience. The majority of the role will sit within systems management, supporting the People and Engagement Teams on projects linked to driving efficiency and system utilisation across HR, Payroll and Talent. In addition to your main role, you will also support the with payroll processing.
You will be an excellent communicator able to bridge the gap between Payroll and internal stakeholders. You will need to be approachable and personable with a customer service and solutions focused approach. The role will report into the HR Director.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong in both HR / Payroll functionality to system administration level
Maintain / review / improve Batch / Workflow processes
Manage iTrent upgrades review new functionality
Absence Schemes, wholesale review and suggest improvements (including elements, pay/off sets, entitlement tables etc.)
Streamline processes throughout the Group, bringing it all together in a consistent approach.
Develop HR / Payroll user manuals to support new and existing team member
Producing monthly management reports from iTrent
Work with Finance on costing structure
Ability to run an end to end payroll function
Dealing with payroll queries from staff.
Administer all benefits, such as pensions, PMI, death in service, cycle to work, etc.
Issuing P45s, P11ds and P60s
You will act as lead on existing and future iTrent integrations projects
