In this role as HRIS Specialist you are responsible for performing a variety of day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ensuring data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data. You will review HR trends, develop actionable recommendations, document process & procedures, as well as assist with other various system tasks, ensuring the successful delivery of routine business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary end-user support across various HR modules (compensation, talent management, performance management, etc.) and provide technical subject matter expertise for related systems and processes.
- Perform root cause analysis and own issue resolution. Serve as liaison for internal customers across business functions and manage required interactions with vendors and external service providers.
- Act as primary HR Portal administrator
- Develop system test scenarios, training materials and business process documentation.
- Deliver routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting and respond to basic to intermediate ad hoc data requests.
- Document processes and procedures for HR members as well as end users
- Support HR applications (e-Time, Concur, ADP Enterprise, SuccessFactors, etc)
- Promote the accuracy of data in our HR systems through regular audits and review of daily interface logs and routine data maintenance.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with primary system users and HR COEs.
- Assist in the training of HR team members and serve as a subject matter expert for new, less experienced teammates.
The annual salary for this role is $61,000 - $89,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
Qualifications:
THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, HRIS Technology, Human Resources or another related field
- At least two (2) years’ experience in a system administration/analyst capacity
- In lieu of a degree, 6 or more years of experience in a system administration/analyst capacity will be considered
