Responsibilities:

PURPOSE/BELIEF STATEMENT

The HR Operations Analyst leads and ensures data integrity in the organization’s systems along with compliance oversight and controls while being an accessible bridge of communication between HRBP’s and all employees. This is a foundational role, responsible for executing on specific Workday system and processes.
This position collaborates with HR Business Partners across corporate locations, facilities, and field to provide HR consulting and support throughout the entire employee life cycle, from hire to retire. In addition, they provide coaching, education, and consulting to HR partners by responding to routine HR inquiries, providing Workday business process expertise, acting as a trustworthy liaison between other HR Centers of Excellence, and focusing on continuous improvement opportunities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The HR Operations Analyst provides coaching opportunities to internal employees and business partners on Workday processes related to employee lifecycle management including, but not limited to:

  • New Hire/Transfers/Promotion/Separation execution – review data before approvals are submitted
  • Issue resolution/escalation and coordinate cross functional support with internal teams
  • Project leadership of data management that bring together HR and the business
  • Manage pre-employment Workday processes including, data checks, pre-employment documents check to strengthen internal controls and safeguard the CHS image by ensuring data integrity and compliance
  • Provide direct transactional support to the front line ELCMs, HR Leaders.
  • Optimize data quality by conducting regular audits and ensuring employee data is kept up to date and accurate
  • Partner with different teams to develop Key Performance Indicators to measure performance and track ELCM progress using metrics/scorecard
  • Subject matter expert in data-driven Workday business processes
  • Recognize and celebrate achievements that stem from data-driven initiatives. Acknowledge individuals who have utilized data effectively and accurately
  • Foster a culture of customer service excellence and continuous process improvement by providing “Best in Class” customer service and advise on questions/requests from employees, businesses and HR partner.
