Resumen:
The HRIS Analyst/Admin will maintain the integrity and reliability of the organizations HRIS, ensuring application meet the needs, requirements, objectives of the HR Department.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, or related field experience.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience in UKG Ready, iCIMS, and Schoox preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including skills in HRIS payroll systems and spreadsheets.
  • Accurate and advanced attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently under general direction.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and maintains the human resources information systems, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
  • Collaborates with the HR Team and VP of HR to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.
  • Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered into HR Systems. Maintains data in HRIS system and keeps the HRIS database up to date with changes in employee information or organizational rules such as salary/wages due, accruals, deductions, and other payroll functions.
  • Processes employee change forms via the Kronos system. Follow up with local HR or leadership to clarify changes as needed.
  • Serves as system administrator for all HR Systems including the Learning Management System and Talent Acquisition Software.
  • Assists with system set-up in Pioneer Academy LMS and iCIMS Talent Acquisition systems.
  • Opens and manages issue resolution process with various HRIS vendors.
  • Designated Project Lead for all enhancement and compliance-related projects.
  • Regularly conducts system audits to guarantee data integrity and researches/reports on any data discrepancies. Reaches out to department units or individuals to confirm employee information and resolve issues.
  • Performs data updates, exports, imports, and clean-ups. Delivers routine daily, weekly, or monthly reporting, and responds to basic to intermediate ad hoc data requests
  • Responsible for a variety of biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting including tax reporting, year-end reporting, Labor Statistic Reporting, FTE reporting, Workers Compensation reporting, EEO-1, and the like.
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
  • Ensures compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
  • Prepares training materials, guides, and documentation. Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for all HR systems.
  • Support payroll by being a backup to processing bi-weekly payroll.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
