Job Summary: The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure the effective collection, maintenance, and use of employee data. This role involves collaborating with HR and IT teams to enhance system performance, provide technical support, and ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve HR processes.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HRIS Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (experience with Comeet, Hi Bob software is a plus).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language skills: Portugues and English is mandatory; French is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement, test, and update HRIS functionalities.
- Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports for HR and management.
- Provide technical support to HR staff and end-users, troubleshooting system issues as needed.
- Train HR staff and employees on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and work with vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HRIS processes and workflows.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HRIS-related projects.
