What to expect

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with the HRIS team and IT to help craft, implement, and optimize the HR technology strategy and system architecture.
  • Support data governance initiatives by ensuring accurate data structures, standards, and processes are in place to maintain data integrity and security.
  • Participate in HRIS projects such as system upgrades, integrations, and reporting improvements.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR and other departments as required.
  • Manage employee records and ensure accurate, up-to-date information is maintained in the HRIS.
  • Help with compliance-related tasks, such as ensuring adherence to labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.
  • Maintain user documentation and training materials.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, assisting with employee lifecycle processes, such as onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status.

We are seeking professionals with:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or HR analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects from start to finish including project planning and scheduling, team coordination, communication, reporting, issue tracking, and problem solving.
  • Knowledge and expertise in HR practices: recruitment, talent development, performance management, as well as change management experience: initiating, steering, mentoring, and sustaining change.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with collaborators across global regions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certification in HRIS or related technology platforms.
  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Proven ability to stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative HR solutions.
  • Experience in a global or multi-regional organization.

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in Virginia is $66,990 to $124,410 USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Our compensation packages include a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity for all employees contingent on personal and company performance.
