Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years professional experience as HRIS specialist in an international environment
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, IT or equivalent work experience
Good understanding of HR processes and systems, ideally in talent acquisition or talent management
Fluent English (spoken and written), German is beneficial
Energized by working with different teams on several topics in parallel with multiple timelines
Strong in communication and building relationships across HR and other Red Bull departments from entry to management level
Can easily adapt to new requirements and enjoys thinking outside of the box
