Description:
Responsibilities:
- Data Migration & Integration: To ensure accurate data migration into Workday, collaborating with local HR teams and headquarters to maintain data integrity and consistency across all HCM databases.
- Workday Rollout & Configuration: Drive the European Workday implementation, including the configuration and customization of Workday modules to meet regional needs, ensuring smooth implementation and user adoption.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide expert support and troubleshooting for Workday, addressing any issues that arise to minimize disruptions and ensure continuous improvement.
- System Maintenance: Oversee the ongoing operation and maintenance of all HR-related systems, ensuring they meet the organizational needs
