Description:

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes (talent acquisition, employee data management, etc.).
  • Familiarity with HR systems (experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus, but training will be provided).
  • Some experience in data management, auditing, or system support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Working Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors:
  • Familiarity with key modules of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors integrations with other HR systems and tools.
  • Capable of performing system updates and testing post-upgrades with guidance.
