Responsibilities:
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE:
- Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of HR related issues
- Taking ownership and handling various processes related to all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Provides problem resolution for standard, non-standard and/or complex HR related issues
- Brings the processes together and able to delegate these to the team when needed
- Works on problems of large scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
- Participating and managing projects, come up with new ideas
- Builds productive internal / external working relationships
- Keeps contact and coordinates with local and global stakeholders
- Mentoring and providing advice to Junior Team Members
YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
- 3-4 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Economics specialization
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- Basic understanding of the Hungarian labour law
- Strong MS Excel skills and data analysis knowledge
- Experience with coordinating tasks within a team is an advantage
- Some experience with managing projects is a plus
- Experience in payroll preparation is an advantage
- Strategical thinking, ownership attitude, generalist view, process approach, and a creative mindset
