  Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a H&S HR Coordinator to join the team at our Auckland site.
The competitive remuneration package will be based on your experience and qualifications.

As the site H&S HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and engaging the team in the HSW strategy
• Providing sound advice on H&S and HR matters on site
• Preparing and assisting with site audits – A&V, ACC, Safe+, Social Responsibility
• Management of ACC – Injury Management
• Conducting investigations on events across site
• Full HR Life Cycle – Recruitment, Onboarding, Engagement & Rewards, Disciplinary procedures, Offboarding & exit

Qualifications

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU’LL NEED:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to self-manage and use initiative
• Sound H&S HR Knowledge (full life cycle)
• Proven working experience in a similar role
• A positive influential attitude with the ability to see and bring out the best in people
• Previous experience in ICAM, JSA’s, Risk Assessments
