Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing relationships with current service dealers with a high level of communication and issue resolution.
- Grow the Champion service dealer market by signing and training dealers in new markets
- Coordinating installs with local dealers for retail partners
- Qualify customer leads via email, phone or social media
- Maintain understanding of products and product inventory and stock levels
- Conflict resolution for consumers and dealers respectively
- Communicate/coordinate with various dept in the company to meet customer’s needs
- Utilize CRM to manage customer data, purchase records and improve customer service
