Description:

Job Overview:
The HSE Advisor will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and implementation of all HSE programs and initiatives at the Field Operational level for the LSTK Integrated Project. This role covers Project Management, drilling contractors, Weatherford product lines, and all third-party service providers, logistics providers, catering companies, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Weatherford’s HSE standards and Aramco HSE policies are communicated and implemented across assigned LSTK site operations and report all critical HSE findings to the ISP HSE Manager and related stakeholders.
  • Ensure appropriate Aramco training matrix is followed by all ISP site personnel, including drilling contractors, Weatherford product lines, and all third-party service providers.
  • Implement Weatherford & Aramco HSE plans and report KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Maintain Weatherford’s ISP HSE documentation at the site level according to Weatherford and Saudi Aramco standards.

Skills:

  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with customers.
  • Excellent understanding of Aramco HSE requirements.
  • Comprehensive experience in Incident management/failure analysis.
  • Knowledge of HSE regulatory requirements of KSA.
  • Ability to make presentations to multi-disciplined groups, run effective workshops, and produce reports/documentation.
  • Ability to work across multi-functional job roles or in isolation.
  • Excellent teamwork and influencing skills.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experienced in performing audits.
  • Experienced working in matrix organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety or any engineering discipline.
  • 5 years field experience in HSE.
  • Master’s Degree in HSE, Hazardous/Risk Management, or equivalent is preferred.
  • NEBOSH / IOSH General Certificate or Regional equivalent.
  • Preferred: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 Lead auditor.
