Job Title: HSE Coordinator
Reports To: HSE Manager
Location: Grande Prairie, Alberta
As a HSE Support Coordinator with Source Energy Services, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a progressive and fast-paced group of professionals in the HSE department. Working closely with the HSE Team, the position is responsible for coordination critical data related to the HSE Operations in the field and in the facilities. The HSE Support Coordinator will be responsible for feedback to ensure continuous improvement of various systems, processes, and documents.

We are looking for individuals with a hardworking attitude. Individuals must be self-motivated and adaptable to change. Other things that will help you succeed in this role include:

  • Related Post-Secondary education is preferred; either a Health, Safety and Environment Certificate or Diploma certification or other similar certification is preferred;
  • Minimum 1 to 5 years’ progressive experience in an equivalent Quality, Health & Safety role preferred;
  • Computer literate, efficient with data management;
  • High level proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Adobe;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple concurrent assignments;
  • High attention to detail with, especially with regards to statistical data, and accurate report generation; and
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
