This individual will have the opportunity to add value to a highly successful engineering business
currently undergoing a period of growth and investment, by driving safety and quality across their
sites.
You will be working closely with all parts of the business to develop and implement effective
safety and quality processes, as well as taking on responsibility for company compliance with
regulations.
We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for analysis and data, and with drive to add
value to a business going through a period of transformation

Key responsibilities include:

• Analysis of quality performance and process capability, and analysis of trends, GAPS, and risks
• Establishing, implementing and maintaining ISO standards, ensuring that standards and

processes are in place and reviewed with the senior management team and in line with

customer requirements.

• Collaboration with stakeholders and customers, and ensuring quality processes are adhered to,

providing training where required and Customer approvals.

• Actively participating in root cause analysis
• Maintain and refine existing quality and safety documentation, conduct quality/safety audits,

identifying opportunities for improvement alongside ensuring compliance

• Use of short interval control actions and analysis
• Maintaining QMS system up to date with relevant documentation
• Be point of contact regarding calibration contractors

Key skills/requirements include:

• Previous experience in a similar role, manufacturing & engineering experience desired but not

essential

• Good computer knowledge
• Analytical and systematic problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Keen learner and self motivated.
