HSE Data Specialist

As the HSE Data Specialist you will be instrumental in supporting the Sustainability Data Analyst role in generating detailed reports covering Resideo Sustainability and HSE performance. You will work closely with the HSE Director to ensure delivery of HSE data platform related projects, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HSE and ESG data platforms as a key member of our team providing data that will support and impact business decisions.

• Support the Sustainability Data Analyst team in preparing and delivering monthly reports.
• Work directly with the Corporate HSE team to deliver HSE objectives.
• Liaise directly with sites to ensure OHS data is entered accurately, and within required timescales.
• Implement enhancements to Gensuite and Diligent data platforms
• Management of HSE & ESG data related projects.
• Management and maintenance of HSE/ESG data platforms (Gensuite/Diligent).
• Provide data platform training
• Prepare OHS information and graphs for the proxy and board presentations.
• Assist with establishing OHS goals for our sites.
• Track OHS projects and goal progress and provide updates for the business.Liaise with business teams to ensure accuracy of data
