Work Pattern: Monday-Friday. Day-time hours.

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to play a vital role ensuring continuous development and execution of Health and Safety across the business.
Responsibilities:
As part of your normal duties, you will
- Providing support to department managers to fulfil all H&S obligations in line with Government and Company policies, to ensure compliance
- Ensuring all day to day issues are dealt with in accordance with legislation and company policies
- To act as the first point of contact for any site issues and deal with them in a timely manner
- Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve standards of H&S performance and quality
- Ensuring all records are accurate and up to date, including upkeep of risk assessments, Safe Systems of Work and Manual Handling Risk assessments
- To be responsible for the design, delivery and review of all Health and Safety related training including induction and health and safety training files ensuring consistency across the Business Unit
