Job Title: HSE Manager, Distribution
Location: Calgary, AB OR Grande Prairie, AB
Reporting to the HSE Director and partnering closely with the President, Distribution, the HSE Manager, Distribution is responsible for leading the HSE team in all three of Source’s business units within our Distribution team: Trucking, Field Solutions (oilfield services) and Terminals (rail transloads). In this newly created position you’ll be a leader in driving and overseeing our HSE strategy across all Distribution business units and working directly with internal and external clients to ensure compliance and achievement of all HSE corporate and business unit objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Partner and collaborate with HSE and Operations senior leadership to ensure HSE compliance of Source’s Distribution Operations with company objectives and legislative standards
• Assist with identifying, developing and implementing HSE best practices and procedures for Distribution business units
• Coach, manage and lead the Distribution HSE team to achieve HSE objectives by engaging and empowering a dedicated and diverse team
• Manage client HSE relationships
• Prepare and lead presentations (PowerPoint) for internal stakeholders and external client meetings
• Conduct regular site/field visits
• Actively create and share safety communications
• Assist with facilitating and/or attending monthly/daily Safety Meetings
• Assist with Joint Health and Safety Committee
• Other duties as required.
