Your new role, what’s involved?
WSP is seeking a highly experienced HSE Manager to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices on road and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with supervision consultants to promote a culture of safety and compliance throughout project lifecycles.
- Develop, implement, and manage HSE policies and procedures for road and infrastructure projects.
- Oversee HSE compliance and performance, ensuring adherence to local regulations and international standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide HSE training and support to project teams and contractors to promote safe work practices.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, incidents, and accidents, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with supervision consultants to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
- Lead and facilitate incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to continuously enhance HSE strategies.
