Description:

Our Client is a MNC in Manufacturing. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an HSE Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement standardized HSE Management Systems across all divisions.
  • Monitor and report on key HSE data monthly.
  • Oversee HSE Reporting Systems to ensure data accuracy and timely submission.
  • Ensure HSE systems comply with regulatory standards and divisional policies.
  • Participate in internal audits and develop corrective actions as needed.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly HSE reports.
  • Analyze data to create corrective and preventive programs to reduce HSE risks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HSE team.
  • Build organizational capability and achieve business results through coaching and mentoring.
  • Provide technical support for audits and incident investigations.
  • Any ad-hoc duty as given

Requirement

  • Min Bachelor degree in Health, Safety or Environmental discipline
  • Min 5 years’ experience in HSE managerial role
  • Certified Fire Safety Manager and Registered Workplace Health and Safety Officer
