• Incident Management:
• Investigate incidents and accidents to determine causes.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Compliance Monitoring:
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
• Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Emergency Response:
• Lead emergency response initiatives and drills.
• Develop and update emergency response plans.
• Environmental Management:
• Monitor environmental impact and implement waste management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of HSE activities, inspections, and incidents.
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory bodies.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Experience:
• Experience in HSE management within the relevant industry.
• Proven track record of implementing HSE policies and procedures.
