JASARA PMC is looking for a proactive and dedicated HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Officer to join our team. The HSE Officer will be responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of our health and safety policies and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards on-site. This role is crucial for fostering a culture of safety and ensuring that our projects are delivered without incidents.
The HSE Officer will work closely with site management and personnel to identify hazards, implement controls, conduct training, and promote awareness of health, safety, and environmental practices. You will be a vital part of our commitment to achieving high safety standards and maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in construction or related industries.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Strong observational and analytical skills for identifying safety hazards and risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with personnel at all levels.
• Ability to conduct safety training and presentations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Certification in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is a plus.
