JOB DESCRIPTION:

The HSE Officer will work with the HSE Manager and other stakeholders for matters relating to Health, Safety and Environmental requirements from both Corporate and Statutory requirements for MAN Energy Solutions Singapore. This role invoves, Implement health and safety policies from Corporate and Statutory requirements to the organization so that all employees have a safe and healthy working environment. Ensures the organization complies with all current and future regulations and laws with regards to health and safety

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in WSH-related roles, preferably in Maritime/Engineering or Manufacturing industry.
• Must be registered with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
• Staying updated with the latest safety regulations and practices through continuous professional development is crucial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence employees at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Power Point, Excel) and HSE management software/tools.
