The competencies, experience, and capabilities we are looking for include:
- Profound technical understanding of ISO 14001 and 45001, as well as familiarity with HSE regulations, standards, and codes of practice
- A proactive approach to researching and applying relevant regulations and standards, interpreting key content, and integrating it into company policies and procedures
- Proficiency in written communication to convey technical information succinctly, clearly, and comprehensibly, suitable for application across our manufacturing and logistics sites.
- A NEBOSH (or above) qualification is desirable
- Experience in managing projects and delivering to timeline
Responsibilities:
- Creating and owning a comprehensive project plan
- Assessing and updating documentation to comply with laws, regulations, codes of practice, and standards (AN/NZ Standards and ISO standards)
- Comparing Goodman Fielder procedures/ standards to those of our parent company and updating to ensure that the documents are harmonized.
- Identifying and working through differences between current company procedures/standards and industry best practice
- Running high-level consultation & alignment processes across all countries that Goodman Fielder operates in

To ensure the success of this role, we seek an experienced HSE professional with strong technical expertise and an exceptional talent for crafting clear, concise, and effective written documentation.
