ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION
- Prepare HSE deliverables for Decision Gate reviews for the projects under his/her responsibility.
- HSE Program
- HSE Plan
- Waste Management Plan
- Emergency and preparedness plan
- Prepare HSE documents as required by Byggherreforskriften
- Risk registers
- SHA Plan
- Participate in the Project Management Team
- Advise on HSE management issues in the project
- Assist disciplines in identifying main authority requirements with respect to HSE
- Assist the Project Manager in promotion of a good HSE culture
- Assist Procurement to ensure that requirements related to HSE are included in the procurement process, pending project phase (Pre-qualification, preliminary risk assessment, ITT and evaluation),
- Ensure reporting of relevant HSE performance indicators
- Follow-up Risk and mitigation actions for projects under his/her scope
