Responsibilities:

  • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent qualification.
  • Return-to-Work Coordinator certification.
  • Proven experience in designing and managing RTW processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in conducting investigations and implementing corrective actions
