HSE SAFETY OFFICER

1 Make sure all workers at site have done safety induction and required training.
2 Ensure and monitor the safety requirements are met at construction sites as per approved HSE plan.
3 Coordinate with construction team to maintain safe work environment and ensuring resources are available.
4 Maintain safety observation and incident reporting system and communicating with safety management.
5 Ensuring the work permit system and safe work plan before starting the work.
6 Daily inspection for construction activities and heavy equipment. 7 Monitoring of site preparations, barricading and PPE.
8 Supporting and monitoring inspection for tools and equipment, heavy equipment, cranes.
9 To assist safety supervisors during the Safety campaign for heat stress/cold stress and adverse weather conditions
10 Participate for Safety audit and walk through.
11 Site traffic control measures monitoring inside fenced area..
12 Scaffold safety requirements and ensuring certified and competent scaffold team for the erection, modification and dismantling.
13 Prepare all the Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports.
14 Maintain all Safety documentation record.
15. Require all NEBOSH & IOSH qualifications and certificates.
16. Assistance with on-site tasks to ensure both quality and efficiency.
17. Update the activities on whatsapp group on daily basis.
18. Assume accountability when the site supervisor is not present.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Nebosh certificates (Required)
