Are you motivated by a large interface and by working operationally and proactively to ensure that we all come home safe from work - every day? As our new HSE specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that the working environment at MAN ES DK always complies with current legislation and that our HSE culture continues to develop proactively. This is where your skills in supporting change processes, your good ideas and, not least, your communication skills can really come into play.

• Provide support and counselling to +800 managers and employees in occupational health and safety
• Support the Work Environment Organization (AMO) in connection with risk assessments, incident management, rounding etc.
• Develop and conduct HSE courses and training
• Analyse HSE data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure relevant information to managers and employees
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and conduct compliance checks
