Fuel Safety Excellence as our HSE Supervisor!
Join us in a pivotal role where you’ll collaborate with Onshore and Offshore management teams to champion safety. Reporting to the Head of QHSE, you’ll take charge of ensuring full compliance with internal and HSE legal requirements. Act as a key supervisor to Offshore HSE Representatives, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to maximize visibility at worksites.
As a senior figure within the HSE function, you’ll work independently alongside the Head of QHSE and Quality Supervisor. Your role involves reporting concerns or non-compliances, collaborating with management teams to find solutions. Additionally, you’ll assist the Head of QHSE in implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environment matters.
Based in the UK, you’ll visit the Bristol Office bi-weekly, fostering close relationships with Project/Rig Managers. Regular visits to assigned vessels and active participation in kick-off meetings ensure effective communication and relationship building. Embrace the opportunity to board and work onsite with assigned vessels quarterly, strengthening your connection with the team.
