Responsibilities:
As a Hub Bar Supervisor, you are the shift leader on duty and must ensure the daily operations of the Hub Bar. You will create unforgettable experiences for the bar’s guests together with your team and help put Hub Bar on the Oslo map. Your main tasks include:
- Serving food and drinks to the guests
- Quality assurance of service and product
- Contribute to the development of bar charts and menus
- Training and development of personnel
- Cash settlement
- Product orders
- Comply with the Norwegian Liquor Act
The position involves shift work on weekdays and at weekends.
