Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Hub Manager to join our AgriSolutions team. You will contribute to the growth and profitability of our AgriSolutions branches in the Northern Rivers region of Kyogle, Casino, and Grafton with a key focus on servicing and providing solutions to our farmers and lifestyle customers.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Hub Manager plays a crucial role in streamlining and optimising processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service.
In this role, you will provide guidance and support to Store/Retail Managers in areas such as inventory management, supply chain logistics, staffing, scheduling, and budgeting. Your leadership skills and operational expertise will drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a collaborative and supportive work environment across store teams. Additionally, you will cultivate strong vendor relationships and implement effective quality control measures to ensure the success and growth of our retail hub group.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven leadership experience in retail operations management, with a strong track record of driving efficiency and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire store teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, supply chain logistics, staffing, sales, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • A commitment to delivering high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Agricultural industry experience, highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimisation: Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across the retail hub.
  • Inventory Management: Support Store/Retail Managers in managing inventory effectively to meet customer demand and minimize costs.
  • Supply Chain Logistics: Oversee supply chain logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to stores.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Provide guidance and support on staffing and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and optimal workforce utilisation.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in budgeting and financial planning to align with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment across store teams, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
  • Vendor Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality and reliability of products and services.
  • Quality Control: Implement effective quality control measures to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
