THE ROLE
We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to lead Employment Assistance Classes as part of our Refugee Resettlement Scheme. This is a fantastic opportunity to help refugees develop the skills and confidence needed to secure employment and resettle successfully.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist clients in creating professional CVs and compelling cover letters.
- Provide guidance and support for job application processes.
- Facilitate interview practice to build confidence and communication skills.
- Foster mutual understanding and encourage cultural exchange.
