POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior People Analytics Professional to join our team in Dublin. This role is critical in scaling and customizing reporting solutions for Talent Management, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition Centers of Excellence (CoEs). The ideal candidate will have advanced analytical skills, including statistical analysis and predictive modeling, and a proven track record in providing actionable insights to drive better talent management decisions.

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a consulting capacity, or in-house at a professional services or financial services firm
  • Proven experience with data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools, particularly Tableau, PowerBI, in particular knowledge of R/Python within an IDE for statistical analysis and insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of database and data modeling concepts, and must be comfortable with SQL
  • Strong understanding of talent management processes and metrics
  • Advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Management Partnership: Serve as an analytics partner to our Talent Management, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition CoEs, understanding their needs, scoping out solutions, and collaborating with teammates to build high-quality and sustainable products.
  • Talent and Diversity Analytics: Deliver analyses that leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to provide actionable insights.
  • Talent Metrics Development: Develop and track key talent metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs, initiatives, and identify relevant benchmarking.
  • Executive-Level Presentations: Partner with stakeholders to create and deliver concise and impactful executive-level presentations to convey actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Statistical Analysis: Utilize advanced statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in talent data. Develop models to predict talent outcomes such as attrition and performance.
  • Data Visualization: Create visually compelling and easy-to-understand visualizations using tools like Tableau and PowerBI to effectively communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analytics Framework: Continuously enhance our reporting and analytics framework, shaping the roadmap, documenting internal processes, and standardizing metrics and definitions. Help scale analyses into flexible and sustainable dashboards and tools.
  • Survey Analysis: Assist with analysis of employee survey data and identify actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Data Quality Advocacy: Advocate for clean HC data and build tools and audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Training and Support: Enhance teammates’ ability to use reporting tools and identify key insights by providing training and support.
