Responsibilities:

  • As part of a larger training team, support the development of targeting training materials to help end users adopt new technologies and solutions
  • Liaise with government program managers and technical teams to develop training products and materials that support new applications and platforms
  • Work with project team members to facilitate the timely flow of information in a highly technical IT environment
  • Incorporate feedback from end-users to enhance future training activities
  • Use MS Office and MS PowerPoint to create impactful and visually compelling graphics
  • Create technical informational guides and training materials across multiple platforms
  • Team with the communications team to develop, deliver, and evaluate training impact
