JOB SUMMARY

A design and research firm is seeking a User Researcher (Human-centered Designer) to uncover deep insights about user behaviors, motivations, and needs to drive innovation and improve our products/services. You will use qualitative and quantitative research methods to shape experiences that are not only functional but meaningful.

• Minimum Qualification : HND
• Experience Level : Senior level
• Experience Length : 5 years

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years experience
• HND/Degree in a related field

• Working with a team of designers/researchers to use qualitative and quantitative research methods to find and validate user needs.
• Conduct user research using methods such as interviews, ethnographic studies, usability testing, and surveys.
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights that inform design decisions.
• Develop journey maps, personas, and service blueprints to visualize user experiences.
• Facilitate workshops/co-creation sessions.Analyze/interpret data to identify patterns, and opportunities.Communicate findings through reports, presentations, and storytelling.
