WHAT SORT OF SKILLS DO I NEED?

• Tertiary qualification with a major in Human Factors or similar field
• Defence experience in a CASG environment
• Strong communication skills
• Process orientated with good attention to detail
• Australian citizenship and a minimum NV1 security clearance

We are currently looking for a security cleared (NV1 or higher) Human Factors Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier.
These roles will be Melbourne based and will play a critical part in delivering the latest in Land capability technology to our Defence Force.
Some of the projects include armoured fighting vehicles, soldier modernisation program, lifecycle management of in-service fleet, deployable health infrastructure and more.
