Job Description:
The Manager of Brand Insights will be primarily responsible for creating a deeper understanding of the shifts and improvement opportunities for our brand, and family team. Within this role, you will partner with Marketing leadership bringing the voice of the customer and restaurant into priority business questions and topics, sharing knowledge across the organization, and leveraging integrated storytelling to influence the organization.
This role will report to the Foundations, Brand, and Experience Insights Director within Human Insights and Innovation (HII).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of market research experience.
  • Ability to think creatively, operate analytically, and with agility.
  • Ability to effectively lead large and small research initiatives that includes identification of business objectives, sizing business opportunities, research design, budgeting, negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Ability to synthesize data and research learning into coherent actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to develop and deliver clear, concise, and compelling executive-ready communications with minimal guidance.
  • Proven success in influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • A successful candidate is a result-driven innovative problem solver - someone who has the natural curiosity to understand consumer behavior, integrate various information sources, and apply analytical skills in developing Insights

Responsibilities:

  • Build a measurement framework for understanding brand equity, return on brand equity, and its impact on the business performance.
  • Develop approaches to help drive business decisions for the Marketing organization, including uncovering solutions for connecting with evolving and expanding families.
  • Synthesize findings and standard methodologies to create a learning culture in Marketing.
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders, establishing relationships both globally and within our Markets, to ensure connected learning across the organization.
  • Support innovation workstreams leveraging existing knowledge within the organization and developing agile approaches to close knowledge gaps.
