Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE:

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will report to the Human Resources Generalist and play a crucial role in our HR team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll & Benefits Administration, HR Technology and Analytics, Employee Engagement, and Employee & Labour Relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • HRIS/Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage employee information, enrollments, and terminations in our systems.
  • Data Management: Run reports and update metric tracking spreadsheets.
  • Employee Engagement: Coordinate company events, create social media posts, and maintain employee recognition programs.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment for hourly positions, from resume review to interview coordination.
  • Employee Support: Assist employees and managers with inquiries about benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Safety & Compliance: Support the safety department with documentation and training programs.
  • Onboarding: Facilitate new hire processes, including orientation presentations and creating new hire packages.
  • Project Assistance: Contribute to HR projects that drive company growth and success.
