What you’ll need to do the role
We are seeking a highly motivated HR Administrator to join our team at Geneva Airport. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the HR team and managing a variety of HR-related tasks. Your main responsibilities include assisting with local processes, managing employee files and maintaining accurate HR records, managing social insurances, supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures, providing advice and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, and supporting the HR team and wider teams with ad-hoc projects and tasks

The key to success in this role is a thorough knowledge of the processes and procedures and excellent, efficient execution of these with a “right first time” mentality. If you possess strong organisational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, we would love to hear from you. You will need to have a Swiss diploma in HR and be fluent in French with an excellent level of English. This role is open to candidates starting their career in HR.
