POSITION SUMMARY

Magellan Aerospace, Mississauga is a world-class manufacturer of precision machinedaerospace components. We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator. The successful incumbent will support the Human Resources Department with administrative and back up functions.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree or College Diploma in a field related to HR Management, Business,Industrial Relations and/or related experience
  • Professional license/certificate is desirable but not necessary
  • 1-3 years experience in the HR field
  • Demonstrated advanced technical competence with MS Office

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a wide variety of administrative support to the Human Resources Team
  • Liaises with internal & external personnel using a high level of professionalism
  • Initiating Purchase Requisitions and Request for Payments accordingly
  • Special projects as directed by the HR Manager
  • Recruitment/Selection – responsible for full recruiting cycle
  • Maintain “HRIS” internal reporting & inter-facing with company systems, ensuring alldata is kept up to dateOther administrative duties
