DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Human Resources Assistant 2, you will serve as the time advisor for SCI Forest and SCI Pine Grove. Responsibilities include reviewing, maintaining, inputting, and adjusting SAP data relating to employee attendance, leave, work schedules, and payroll. This includes entering data, reviewing documentation, and coordinating processes with supervisors and analysts for employee medical and worker’s compensation accommodations. You will also have the opportunity to assist with talent acquisition for both institutions. This includes serving as the i-9 verifier, conducting the HR portion of new employee orientation, and performing interview-related duties. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
- One year of experience as a Human Resource Assistant 1; or
- Two years of clerical or other comparable experience, one year of which involved performance of limited technical duties in the field of human resource work; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
