Knowledge of standard office procedures and protocols, as well as proficiency in computer software programs, including spreadsheets, databases, presentations, and word processing, are essential. You should be adept at maintaining confidentiality and working in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities. Typically, these qualifications are attained through a diploma in Management Studies or Human Resources, coupled with 2 years of experience in an office environment.
