Description:

The Human Resource Assistant Manager will support the HR department by overseeing various HR functions, managing employee life cycle processes, and ensuring smooth operations within the department. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong interpersonal skills to facilitate HR activities effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in the Business Management or HR field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the HR field.
  • Good knowledge of labour laws and legislations such as the Employment Act.
  • Experience with recruitment and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue employee letters (promotions, increments, transfers).
  • Manage employee life cycle processes from onboarding to offboarding
  • Coordinate with insurance providers for optimal coverage and rates.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration for new hires.
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
  • Facilitate regular performance reviews and annual appraisals.
  • Efficiently use HRMS (Infotech) for HR operations and data management.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports as needed.
  • Oversee various HR functions, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Act as a generalist, supporting multiple HR activities and initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all HR activities are aligned with company goals and regulations.
  • Address employee queries and concerns.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
