Description:
The Human Resource Assistant Manager will support the HR department by overseeing various HR functions, managing employee life cycle processes, and ensuring smooth operations within the department. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong interpersonal skills to facilitate HR activities effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in the Business Management or HR field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the HR field.
- Good knowledge of labour laws and legislations such as the Employment Act.
- Experience with recruitment and employee relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft, HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue employee letters (promotions, increments, transfers).
- Manage employee life cycle processes from onboarding to offboarding
- Coordinate with insurance providers for optimal coverage and rates.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration for new hires.
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
- Facilitate regular performance reviews and annual appraisals.
- Efficiently use HRMS (Infotech) for HR operations and data management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports as needed.
- Oversee various HR functions, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Act as a generalist, supporting multiple HR activities and initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure all HR activities are aligned with company goals and regulations.
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
