JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Human resource assistant who will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

• Minimum Qualification : HND
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 1 year

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
• Proven work experience as an HR personnel or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws/regulations in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication
  Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 120,000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Act as a resource and advisor for employees on HR-related matters.
• Identify training needs and develop relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates, training hours, and employee satisfaction surveys.
