Responsibilities:

  • Support the strategies, growth, and performance of the department by aligning and executing the appropriate HR and talent management activities
  • Provide coaching and feedback to managers
  • Facilitate the execution of annual and ongoing organizational and talent processes (onboarding, compensation, planning, talent reviews, performance management, etc. )
  • Work with leaders and employees to resolve employee relations matters related to performance, compliance, and behavior
  • Partner with leadership to build and sustain an inclusive, values-driven workplace culture that is reflective of our desired employment value proposition
  • Enable organizational change management efforts related to strategy, structure, and technology
  • Leverage reporting and analytics to identify trends and make decisions related to talent acquisition, retention, and workforce plannin
