Description:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including a strong foundation in HR generalist functions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Must be proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to think strategically, anticipate future trends, and develop innovative HR solutions aligned with business goals.
- Deep understanding of business operations, financial metrics, and industry trends.
- Understanding of global HR practices and cross-cultural issues.
- Must be able to clearly communicate with employees and applicants, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor employees at all levels.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and occasional travel
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Engage in strategies around talent acquisition, development, and succession planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Assess and coach to achieve maximum performance in support of a high-performance culture.
- Develop and support positive and proactive employee relations programs, maintain good communications and working relationships with employees and managers.
- Assist in compensation analysis and provide recommendations for employees development paths, promotions, transfers and end of year planning.
- Vary schedule to ensure availability to all employees as needed to address issues and concerns.
- Coordinate performance management and PIP development and follow-up.
- Analyze organizational structures and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement change initiatives.
- Understand incentive plans and educate employees on plan administration.
- Utilize data analytics to measure HR performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
