QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate program, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
  • A proactive and organized approach with keen attention to detail.
  • Stellar written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying intricate ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR tools/software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

General HR Operations:

  • Arrange and oversee orientations and logistics for newcomers.
  • Craft employment-related communications like promotion announcements, FTE modifications, and transfers.
  • Address employee queries about HR procedures and benefits.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Prep and represent at college and university campus recruitment events.
  • Engage in pre-screening processes and coordinate interviews.
  • Generate and manage job postings on our BambooHR Applicant Tracking system.

Learning & Development:

  • Assist in program administration, including managing schedules and preparing materials.
  • Administer tasks such as participant tracking and generating reports.
