QUALIFICATIONS:
- Enrolled in an undergraduate program, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- A proactive and organized approach with keen attention to detail.
- Stellar written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying intricate ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR tools/software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
General HR Operations:
- Arrange and oversee orientations and logistics for newcomers.
- Craft employment-related communications like promotion announcements, FTE modifications, and transfers.
- Address employee queries about HR procedures and benefits.
Talent Acquisition:
- Prep and represent at college and university campus recruitment events.
- Engage in pre-screening processes and coordinate interviews.
- Generate and manage job postings on our BambooHR Applicant Tracking system.
Learning & Development:
- Assist in program administration, including managing schedules and preparing materials.
- Administer tasks such as participant tracking and generating reports.
