This position requires outstanding customer service skills, the ability to excel within a dynamic team environment as well as independently, and understanding of high volume, fast-paced business.M
aintains all Personnel Records Files within compliance of federal and state licensing requirements. Handles HR compliance which includes, but not limited to:M
anage external and internal audits, Manage all new hire and current staff certifications, semi-annual and annual requirements, Complete all OIG, Monthly Exclusion Reports Occupational Safety and Health Tasks, end of year reporting OSHA/BLS, Provide guidance, support and training to operational teams to reinforce compliance standards.Q
