Workforce Planning and Strategy: Develop workforce strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth projections. Advise on succession planning and organizational optimization.
Policy and Process Management: Regularly update HR policies to ensure compliance and best practices. Enhance engagement and fairness through effective employee programs.
Compensation and Benefits: Manage competitive benefits programs and design strategies to attract and retain talent through effective compensation structures.
Talent Acquisition and Management: Implement employer branding and diversity initiatives to attract top talent. Develop seamless onboarding processes for new employees.
HR Data Analytics: Utilize HR analytics for strategic insights into workforce trends and turnover rates. Present data-driven reports to support decision-making.
Compliance and Risk Management: Conduct audits to ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Manage fair resolution of employee relations issues.
Learning and Development: Lead change management initiatives and facilitate training programs to enhance HR capabilities and support organizational growth.
Budget Management: Develop and monitor HR budget allocations to optimize resources and support strategic HR priorities.
Legal and External Relations: Collaborate with legal counsel on employment matters. Represent the organization in external HR-related engagements.

REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5 years of progressive HR experience, with experience in senior leadership roles overseeing recruitment, compensation, and performance management.
In-depth knowledge of Philippines’ labor law and HR best practices.
Strategic thinking ability, problem-solving skills, and capacity to make informed business decisions.
Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
Competence in building and managing effective interpersonal relationships across all organizational levels.
Amenable to work on-site.
